Q: How does the "Notification" feature work?
A: Finding the most advantageous exchange rates is more than simple. First of all select the currency pair you'd like to trade in the table on the left (for example, choose OKPAY USD in the "Give" column and PayPal in the "Get" column);
You will be forwarded to the list of exchangers offering deals in the currency pair of your choice.
2. Choose the exchanger that has the best rate and check if this provider has sufficient reserves for the chosen currency. View recent feedback left by other customers of to make sure the service provider isn't experiencing any sort of technical difficulties at the moment;
3. Click on the name of the selected exchanger. The website of the exchange provider will open in a new window;
4. Follow the instructions on the exchanger's website to complete your exchange request;
5. Share your feedback on the chosen exchanger with other customers of our monitoring service.
Q: I've submitted a notification request, but still haven't been informed that the desired exchange rate is reached. Why is that?
A: OKchanger Notifications can be particularly useful if you couldn't find the exchange rate that is suitable for you among the offers on our website. Enter the desired exchange rate and the amount you'd like to exchange, OKchanger will inform you once such rate and reserve becomes available. This option can be really helpful if:
You found a good exchange rate, but exchanger's reserves are too low to fulfill the transaction;
You don't like the rates that are offered at the moment and wish to wait for a better rate;
None of the exchangers in our database support the chosen exchange direction and you would like to be informed as soon as it becomes possible.
Q: What is "WebMoney BL"?
A: It is highly possible that the notification went to the Spam folder of your email. In order to guarantee receiving notifications from OKchanger, add our address to the list of trusted senders.
Q: I found a suitable exchange rate, but couldn't perform the transaction on the exchanger's website. What's the problem?
A: BL (Business Level) is a parameter that payment provider WebMoney assigns to the exchangers that work with WebMoney e-currency. It indicates exchanger's rating as well as level of activity in the WebMoney system.
If the exchanger's BL is not specified, it means that this exchanger doesn't work with WebMoney currency, doesn't have WMID (account in the WebMoney system), and this parameter is not applicable to this exchange provider.
Q: Why is the rate/reserve displayed on OKchanger different than the actual rate found on the exchanger's website?
A: Sometimes the exchange of certain currency pairs cannot be performed automatically. In this case and all other issues regarding your exchange requests you have to contact the exchanger support directly. OKchanger is a free monitoring service and we do not provide support service for 3rd party companies and listed exchanger services.
Q: I've sent money to the exchanger, but the operation is still in process and the transaction time limit has been exceeded. What should I to do?
A: All the exchange rates and information about reserves provided by OKchanger is retrieved automatically from exchangers. We strive to minimize the possible difference between the rates/reserves provided by OKchanger and the actual info found on the exchangers' websites by requesting new data every 5 seconds. The only reason why the rates/reserves information on OKchanger does not match with the exchanger service is because the exchanger service provided false or outdated data to our service.
Q: How can I make sure that the exchanger is trustworthy?
A: Exchanger's failure to provide the services in a timely and appropriate manner may have objective reasons. If it happened, we advise the following:
Be patient. Despite possible delays, most transactions are finished within one hour unless the exchanger's policy states otherwise. The transaction may take longer if you submitted your exchange request in non-working hours;
Contact the customer support of the exchanger provider you used to perform the currency exchange;
If nothing helps, you can report an abuse by this service provider on OKchanger - leave a negative feedback and specify the ID of your failed transaction. None of the exchangers would want to spoil their ratings - most of them will promptly reply to user complaints and take necessary steps to resolve existing problems.
A: There are a few factors you should pay attention to. Look at the domain name of the exchanger website. Serious exchangers don't run their websites on free platforms that provide lower level domain names. Make sure the exchanger is not blacklisted. Search for the exchanger's domain name (for example, "superchange.com") in Google or other search engine and check the results. Check registration date of the domain name. If the domain name was registered just a couple of days ago, the exchanger is either a very new player on the market or a scam website - we recommended you to look for another service provider.
