  On June 13th, I used QCashPay.COM to do a BTC to Paypal. I received an order number #36098 and a BTC address. I sent the bitcoins to the address and received e-mail confirmations from qcashpay.COM that hey had the coins and the exchange would be processed. Of course, today they claim I was scammed.

  I have placed 2 orders #33181 and #89824 3 days ago and still they haven't completed. I've submitted a ticket, also have written to their email address yesterday. I received the following answer from David Jhon

  Not trusted, very slow, no reply

  My exchange order from OKPay to Moneypolo has been pending for 3 days, and the exchanger has not replied to my emails or messages sent from the contact site.
  
  They claim automatic, but their system did not detect my payment. After that, their system deleted my exchange order to erase any evidence of payment made to them.
  
  This seems nothing less than a scam, and I intend to make sure I post everywhere about them so people can stay away.

    Now you're replying on Skype, but you say you cannot login to OKPay. And when I ask you to send to Moneypolo, you stop replying.
    
    Until this exchange order is refunded in full or completed in full, this comment will stay negative. Once it's completed, the comment will be removed.
    
    As of right now, you're still a scam since you ignore my messages on Skype after I ask you to pay up.

  Order #75583 WU to OKPAY, I Did Not receive the Money

  I made an order to exchange 100 Western Union USD to 87.00 OKPAY USD, QCashPay promised to have the money transfered to my OKPAY account with 3 hours during working days, but it has already 48 hours since i made the transfer and i have yet to recieve the money to my OKPAY account. I contacted QCashPay, twice, first after 24hrs the after 36hrs, asking them whats happening and when i should expect the money to be on my Account, the only response i recieved from them, were automatic replies telling me that they had recieved my messages and would get back to me during working hours.

  Qcashpay processed my first test order flawlessly . I exchanged 100 wmz to WU and they did a good job getting me the MTCN and senders name , a little late but the amount sent were correct and they kept their part of the deal.
