  A. not real Reserve for exchange , i paid all cost , they refuse order
  B. no immediate refund. Delay payment of funds for 2 days (10 BTC)
  C. the amount of money less than the total amount paid...
  paid for a total of 10.05 +0.05 (system) = 10.1 BTC PM , But total refund is 10 BTC

    Unfortunftely we get exchange rate for BTC after we receive confirmation from payment system (for Yandex.Money it is mandatory delay 48 hours).
