  scam email back! unreliable! scammers

  right these guys have totally scammed me.
  they got back to me on email saying
  "Hello, please send 20$ to 34TC3eZ7JAg4nsMQEBDnNmNo34vWnFN2aM, and we will proceed the refund"
  this is so weird why should i send them $20 for a bloody refund?
  
  so i said that on email i replied saying that and they got back saying
  
  "First of all you need to send 20$, then we can refund 35£ + 20$"
  
  these guys are a total scam!
  OKCHANGER are such a unreliable redirection?
  why are they not solving my issue?
  i have emailed okchanger numerous times!
  the only time they got back to me was wen i sent screenshots thats when they said to me "we have blocked their changer"
  
  what is going on these guys are such a scam!
  robbed me with all my money
  if this let you upload pictures i would of shown loads of proof

  OKCHANGER emailed saying they have blocked A1 Changers but i still havent received anything from these guys they have just robbed £35 off me! i am so annoyed!
  they haven't replyed to my emails too!

  so yesterday i went on OKCHANGER to do a currency compare found out that a1changer is the best one went to it and filled out btc to wmz sent £35 worth of btc to the address a1change told me to send it to 4 confirmations on btc everything on coinbase got confirmed and i waited 4hours after and i didnt get nothing sent numerous emails and stuff to their emails and support iv got screenshots of the site telling me to send them btc to their address. i normally use btc2wm as their fast and reliable but this is my first time and last as i havent received and wmz as promised.
  please OKCHANGER sort something out with these lot! i have emailed the screenshots to you guys upon request! thanks
